# FilmmakerOG

> FilmmakerOG is a free educational film-finance planning tool for serious independent producers. It builds a first-pass finance baseline: budget logic, capital stack, recoupment waterfall order, investor position, producer upside, and private-beta saved-link/PDF outputs for review conversations. XLSX export is planned, not currently downloadable. It is not legal, tax, securities, accounting, investment or final deal-document advice.

Product version 2026.09, last updated 2026-10-27. Every page listed below also answers `Accept: text/markdown` with a markdown twin generated from the same HTML that ships to browsers.
